24" Box jump, 50 reps
185 pound Deadlift, 21 reps
30 Pull-ups

Scaled workout
24" Box jump, 25 reps
Deadlift, 11 reps
15 Pull-ups

    133lb dead lift.
    18lb assisted pullups

    Jen air squats(instead of dead lifts)
    60lb assisted pullups

    We alternated box jumps on the box.

    We went up the stairs to do pullups.

  5. WOD as Rx'd - bent a couple nails back jumping for the pull-up bar and started a couple little blisters on my hands. Fun Fun
